This place is fast but definitely not friendly!! I have been going here for a while now and have held off on this to see if anything changed before I wrote this review. I understand that the self service car wash is designed to eliminate the "pushy salesmen" of the traditional full service wash, but a little customer service wouldn't be a terrible thing and generally goes a long way with customers.
I was there today and 2 employees came directly into my "bay" while I was drying my truck and not a single word was said from either of them. Not a simple hello, how you doing, nothing. I realize I'm not there for conversation but at least acknowledge your customers and be thankful for the business.
I will say that their tunnel is one of the few that will fit my vehicle, so I am very limited in where I can go, but there are a handful of quick washes in my area and more seem to be popping up all over. If I had a more reasonable sized truck (I know, I'm ridiculous) I'd be going somewhere else for sure.
Lastly, not only are the employees not welcoming, but the quality of the wash is slowly becoming worse. I end up drying my entire vehicle and touching up a lot of areas. The other place my truck fits is the Clean Freak at 59th and Bell, and the quality of the wash is much better and the customer service is far better than this place.
All in all, I suggest you try some place else. You will be much happier with the service and quality.
