  • We've been going to VF for a number of years and have always been happy with the retail store. Great service, great products, fair prices... :) BUT!!! now that they've added the "Edukitchen", they've taken it to a new level! With this new facility located right in the store (about 1/2 the overall space) they are able to provide classes on specific culinary topics, host small, intimate dinners, or even provide the rental of the space for private parties. We were there this past Saturday for a dinner/wine paring and the GM and Chef Kristen Williams presented a 5 course dinner that I would put up against any restaurant in town! Her progression was perfect, variety was great, and her braised pork belly was, as one of the diners said, "exquisite!". I agree! If you are tied of the same old same old for restaurant meals, "take the road less traveled" and attend a culinary event at VF and you will be amazed!
