  • We appreciate the folks at Petz Place. They always provide helpful suggestions, keep track of our purchases for manufacturer's rebates, and offer quality products. I have never experienced bad customer service or a negative attitude from an employee. With their move to the new location, they now offer a grooming service. The groomers make sure to keep records for our dogs and try their best to schedule with the same groomers each time. You can go to a big box store and maybe (though I doubt it) save a buck or two and deal with whatever you get from the employees. Or you can go to a locally owned, sparking clean, customer oriented store and be happy. We choose happy and go to Petz Place.
