  • What a bad experience! I never experienced a more painful blood sample. One would think that someone who takes blood all day would be more competent. The technician decided that the pain was due to her hitting a nerve in my arm (my arm is still hurting 4 hours after my blood was taken). After admitting responsibility for her mistake, the technician decided to blame me - she told me the pain was because of the way I positioned my arm. I will not return!!
