  • One of the nicest rooftop bars in Cleveland! I shouldn't have waited so long to check it out. It is clean, well maintained, and full of friendly staff. I especially liked the astroturf floor instead of just a big concrete surface, it really changes the feel of it. The tuna tartare was a great appetizer. I went on a weeknight and it was not crowded, but it is small enough that I would not go at peak time on a Fri or Sat eve. The customers are a mix of 1/2 locals and 1/2 hotel guests, so the social dynamic is somewhat unique.
