Bad customer service experience at the service department. Brought in the car with issues with one tire monitor, and left with all 4 tire monitors NOT WORKING. Worse, yet, were not told that there were bad batteries involved and we left the shop believing all was well. Disappointed a few days later to find that the monitors had been disconnected yet they never bothered to tell us. The service manager, upon our second visit, told us that he could not help us except to do the work giving us credit for the service but still charging us for the parts. My point, we had all but 1 tire monitor that was registering a problem initially. The complaint was escalated to Cadillac General Offices, but they were unable to satisfy us, as customers. We don't intend to give them our business any longer. Next car will probably be at HONDA my cousin's dealership. He is one of the largest dealers in the southwest. Sadly, we have been cadillac owners for the last 40 years. DISAPPOINTED!
