  • Also received a blind exactly opposite dimensions of what I ordered...and they refused to do anything about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and their customer service agent said she'd have to call me back. NEVER CALLED. NO REFUND. Out 150 bucks for one window! Their "customer service" is NO SERVICE AT ALL as you can read in the reviews here. They have major attitude and never fix their own problems. Better have nothing on your windows than pay these crooks.
