  • So disappointed, I went in to get a new industrial bar for my ear and they were rude, didn't want to answer my questions. They went to ring me up and my chip in my card wouldn't read and instead of telling me Nicely they told me I couldn't buy the bar and that maybe I should go somewhere else or come back when my card was fixed. It was by far the worst experience.
