  • My husband and I received a mailer about the IRRRL program from 1st Rate Home Mortgage. Actually, we received several mailers and I called on all of them. Initially when I spoke with Paul he wasn't offering anything different than other lender, UNITL I showed him my paperwork. Paul went above and beyond for my husband and I and our transaction, we can't say enough great things about him and the process, the ease and the timely fashion in which everything happened. In addition, Paul was (and even still after closing) SO responsive to my e-mails and questions and walking me through the process. I didn't even know I was refinancing my loan, Paul made it that easy for us! HIGHLY recommend 1st Rate Home Mortgage and Paul!
