I use this place for all my health issues, from lady bits to kidney stones. The front office staff is courteous and friendly. The nurse practitioners professional and personable.
I never have to wait very long to get an appointment to see the doc and once I arrive and sign in it's a pretty quick turn around. No waiting in a smelly front office for hours. The front office section is modern and bright with lots of comfy chairs. The ubiquitous magazine selection is pretty well stocked and some kiddy toys are around if you got ankle biters in tow.
Dr. Anne-Marie Reed has a wonderful demeanor with patients. She spends plenty of time addressing your needs and suggesting solutions. In addition to addressing the problem at hand, she makes sure to inquire into everyday lifestyle choices (without being nosy, preachy or judgmental about it) and offers suggestions for ways to live healthier. Improving community health starts at the individual level and knowledge is power, so go Dr. Reed!
If you do need a prescription for something, she doesn't push the hard sell on a name brand drug (unless that's the only option of course), and has always offered a generic alternative than runs me less than ten bucks at Walgreens.
The only gripe I have is that they play pseudo-news (FOX) in the lobby and I have to listen to fear mongering before I get in to see the doc. (But then again, this is Arizona.) I think the tiny candy bowl on the way out more than makes up for it though!
