I honestly think these guys do good work, but I unfortunately had a terrible experience. Basically they told me they fixed a problem, didn't, and now want to charge me again to fix it.
1. Brought my laptop in to get the trackpad fixed and battery replaced. Paid the extra $45 for diagnostics.
2. Got an email saying they had fixed the trackpad, along with a quote for the battery.
3. Picked up laptop. Trackpad did not work.
4. Emailed them and was told that the trackpad was not covered under their service warranty, because they only cover repair work, and the trackpad was not repaired because technicians could not replicate the problem (the trackpad hasn't worked properly for months and the guy who ran diagnostics when I brought the laptop in had to go get a mouse to use with it).
5. I wrote back and clarified that the trackpad had in fact been repaired, as per the note on the repair form "Trackpad needed realignment. Working fine now."
6. Was told there was no repair, but if I want to come back in they'll be happy to charge me to fix it again.
