find it extremely beneficial that the front desk staff is so professional when there are issues. It seems Everytime I come here there is a machine or system down...and we have to get answers from the front desk staff as no managers are anywhere to be seen! Up front they handle all the angry patients and do the best they can. I witnessed a very vile woman today yelling at the staff for something out of their control! Maybe a manager should have stepped in for having faulty equipment at their location. Thank you for the wonderful staff...I would say the same about management but do they exist or just pass the buck?
