rev:text	ANOTHER BAD REVIEW ~ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE! I started with the Tempe office and switched to the Ahwatukee office after the Tempe staff could never get my insurance right. After informing them of my insurance change, for some reason they kept calling the OLD insurance company to verify benefits, then would call me telling me my benefits were denied and I would go over the same procedure of giving them my new insurance information. After going through this several times, and dealing with unprofessional, uncourteous staff, I switched to Ahwatukee. The Ahwatukke office was not much better. As someone else mentioned the dentist in the office will tell you all of the work that is needed, however, with me it wasn't that I had a lot of cavities, the dentist did not like the way some of my crowns were set ....when I questioned this, b/c the dentist that did the work explained why they set some of the crowns in the very back to lay on top of the gum line to keep food from getting trapped under the crown and prevent cavities (and this has worked), the dentist then stated well it is a professional opinon. Needless to say, I have had southwest do major work for me, now that I have changed dentist a crown that southwest recently replaced was not done correctly and the new dentist wants to redo it for the exact same reason the dentist at southwest told me the crown needed to be redone - at this point I'm skeptical of this dentist. In summary, DO NOT go to this dental practice, I agree with what others have said regarding their dentist turn-over. In addition to the staff being rude and unprofessional in both the Tempe and Ahwatukee offices.
