  • We ordered a new pool pump-The older gentleman that installs them was very rude! He spoke very disrespectfully of the person who made an honest mistake in ordering the wrong pump the first time- When he came on that initial visit- he didn't even knock on the door- an appointment he was over an hour late for- I just happened to see him outside!-we asked he come to the door so we can ask questions the next time and he neglected to do it again!! We were not able to ask any questions on use and maintenance- we had to look the pump up online!
