  • I've waited a week since I got my hair done to see how it settled with me before saying anything and I have to say I am beyond dissapointed. The stylist who did my hair did not seem like a professional, I was getting it dyed from dark brown to dark red (not a big change). While I have long hair, and I appreciate thoroughness, he took twice as long to apply dye to my hair than anywhere I've gone before over the last 7 years. It resulted in the colour varying to extreme degrees in my hair, where the top is a great red but the bottom of my hair is almost the same colour as it was before I got it done. It almost looks like I let a dye job grow out and didn't touch up the roots. Furthermore, it took him about two and a half hours to dye my hair. I had planned on getting it cut, but I couldn't stand waiting any longer and did not have faith that he would do a good job cutting (so you lost out on $ there). I feel like I would have gotten the same result from box dye at the drug store (which I'm generally against, I prefer investing in professional hairdressers). Even the styling he did after finishing was no better than what I do myself at home. So unfortunately your salon lost out on business while I was there, will not get any more business from me, and I would never recommend it to anyone. I'm going to have to go spend more money having my hair completely redone!
