rev:text	I frequent essence because I live right across the street and because they are open late. Parking lot is always full, however service is speedy. Offer LOCALS DISCOUNT and discount if you work ON the strip. Also, they have a reward point system. I'm not in love with their flower weed :/ Sometimes it crumbles of dryness right out of a fresh opened pack. BE WEARY of any top shelf strain by the grower Kynd. Their weed always seems to have a mildew after taste. (((However, The Facility grower is A1. Love their sativas!))) I haven't seen a major shift in the employees so it's easy to make friends. That being said I became a regular at this location! UPDATE: Today I received amazing service with Slater! Laid out the weed for me to let me chose which pack I wanted AND gave me my discount. He even talked me into purchasing an 1/8 premium sativa Jilly Bean. This man knows his weed. Great customer service. The type of service I would expect! Last time I was in, I was rushed and mistreated by some snotty chick named Rachel! She was SO RUDE to me! She even scoffed when I stated I was only purchasing a gram of Pineapple Express. DENIED ME MY LOCALS DISCOUNT. When I asked if I could choose my own pack, she rolled her eyes and said "they're all the same." How about you let me decide that for myself! I HOPE YOU SEE THIS! You don't have to pretend to like me but at least give me the product I want!!! Slater made up for her shortcomings. He is the reason I am editing this review from 2-stars to 3-stars.
