| - Holy shit there are A LOT of bad reviews on this place! I can only speak from my own personal experiences, so here it goes.. I've purchased various parts & MX gear here, and I've never had any terrible issues. (I should also mention that every time I come in, the same guy helps me or my boyfriend out.. Maybe he's the only reason I don't have anything bad to say about Ride Now.) This is the only shop in the East Valley who carries an assortment of MX gear, & not just Fox. Sorry to all you die hard Fox lovers, but their gear is overrated garbage. My boyfriend and I came in on the 29th of December to blow some Christmas cash. He wanted a new helmet & I just wanted a new pants/jersey combo. We got to talking with the associate in apparel because we were torn between two helmets that had a $180 price difference. (One of the helmets was $269 and the other was $89... Check my math, I'm dyslexic) The associate basically explained that the more expensive helmet was Carbon Fiber; hence, the significant price difference. He also noted that both were very good quality helmets, though, and left us alone to decide. That really impressed me! This guy has to be working off commission & he didn't even try to pressure us into the more expensive option. I ventured off and found some new gear, I was happy to find that it was all priced lower than listed the "discount" Motocross websites. The guy came over to check on me & let me know that the brand of pants I was holding runs small, & he set me up with the fitting room so I could try them on. I'm so happy that he warned me, I usually wear a 2 & had to get a 6 because the pants were seriously TINY. At the register I found my boyfriend, carbon fiber helmet in hand & a new Ogio bag. Some how I ended up with a Fly camel pack & gloves too. I guess they were running some deal that if you do an Answer jersey/pant/glove combo, you get a free hat. Which was nice because we spent over $600 that day, so free swag is a good cherry on top. The only aspect of this shop that lost me, was the cashier. They always hire the eye rolling gum smacking brohoe type.. I don't know if you hire them off looks for your male customers, but you guys need to teach those girls how to smile because they're so snotty!
P.S. If the manager reads this, you need to figure out which ever guy I'm talking about & give him a pat on the back.. or more money.
