  • Purchased a few phones during Verizon's fathers day promotion and had the phones sent to this branch for pick up. Wow, what a mistake. I was never told that the phones had arrived and this branch processed the cancellation after three days. When I called the branch to get everything cleared up, for one I never knew who I was talking to as the representative never introduced himself, and second, put me on hold for ten minutes - this was when the store opened mind you. I called back and the same guy picked up explaining that there were in store customers at the moment and he could not help me. I was clearly upset and this branch did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Very unprofessional.
