| - If I could give no stars or a negative, I would. I bought some items via Amazon same day delivery on a Saturday. My same day Amazon package showed that there was a delivery attempt made around 6 pm, though I was in the yard all evening and did not see any "attempt." Then Sunday evening, my tracking number shows that the package was delivered and signed for at 8 pm, yet I was again working in my yard and saw no delivery cars come by at all.
When I called Lasership Monday, it was explained that the attempt meant that they looked it up online and couldn't find my house. Oh, so you really DIDN'T attempt to deliver my package? Then, when asked about why it shows from Amazon that my package was delivered, the lady says that if it showed as delivered, it was a glitch on Amazon's end since they still had my package. Amazon had the same info as mine regarding the delivery of my package.
Lasership asked to deliver my package the next day (they weren't even going to try today!!) but I asked for them to not deliver my package since 1) they couldn't find my house, 2) couldn't figure out how to find my house with today's great technology, 3) wouldn't get it to me until tomorrow even with my help on how to find my house, and 4) I shouldn't have to waste my own gas to return a package I had to reorder when there shouldn't have been a problem to begin with. I've never had any issues with same day delivery before and had to reorder my items with two day delivery to avoid Lasership delivering to me. Thanks a lot Lasership, now I can't even order same day any more because Lasership will always deliver!!
