  • Do not go to this mechanic! This would be 0 stars if I had the option of leaving 0. Went to take my car in for spark plug problems, Rob said that nothing was wrong with them and all they had to do was be tightened. He then proceeded to charge me $100+ for tightening them and a 30 minute diagnostic. A couple months later, my spark plug shot out of my vehicle. I looked in the spark plug hole and found there was absolutely no thread left in the hole. Apparently it was either over torqued or stripped to begin with, in which case he should have informed me and he did not. I called to inform Rob (the mechanic) of the situation and he told he had no invoice or record of my being there. Shady business!!! Do not go here!
