  • I am originally from Salt Lake City, UT and I've become obsessed with Teavana Teas and the great customer service! I've recommended these teas to all my friends and family. While vacationing in Las Vegas where my mother lives I thought it'd be fun to have her experience Teavana. Mariah, the manager at the Town Square location assisted us and was horrid to work with. She was very condescending and impatient with my mother who is a Vietnam refugee. Mariah works at a Teavana where there are tourist from all over the world and I cannot imagine her treating people of different cultures so poorly. She refused to simply exchange a product that was tampered with and even lied to our faces claiming the product was intact after we clearly found the same product in her store that had all the working parts. I am spoiled with amazing service from Teavana in UT and I doubt this location in Las Vegas will survive if they do not change their customer service standards. This is the last time I shop Teavana and as quickly as I turned my friends and family to Teavana, I will quickly advise them to never shop Teavana again.
