  • After passing by this chocolate colored space filled with chocolates, we just had to stop in and give in to our cravings. We wandered through the patisserie side of this restaurant (there is also a dine in restaurant on the other side). There were cases and shelves of chocolates, ice cream, crepes, beautiful pastries and coffee. We settled on a lemon sugar crepe ($7) with strawberry ice cream (add $2.50). I love lemon and this crepe was pretty tasty, but overall still quite plain. Next time I would go for the berry or Nutella crepe. The addition of the strawberry ice cream added some contrast and additional flavor to what would have been an otherwise very boring crepe. We also purchased ten small chocolates ($1.50 each). They are available in pre-packaged boxes, but are cheaper when you select them from the display case (and you can pick the exact flavors you want!). My favorites were the praline truffle and the coffee flavored ones. They were all rich and creamy and easy to share and savor. Seating at cafe tables is available just outside of the restaurant, just stay away from the casino area if you don't want smoke engulfing you. (Take out also available.) There are also restrooms right around the corner and even an available outlet if you need to charge your phone. ;) Overall, this is a decent place to grab some dessert or treats while wandering Caesar's Palace. $26 for a crepe and chocolates makes this place a bit overpriced for the quality (for the plain sugar crepes especially), but it will do for this location! P.S. I almost forgot my favorite thing about this place! Their plastic forks, spoons and knives look like real metal ones. It makes you feel so classy when eating off of your plastic plate. lol!
