  • I was interested in a vehicle I had found on this location's website so I filled out the online form. The web sales manager called me and invited me in. Upon arrival, he explained that he was going to introduce me to someone who would take care of me & was knowledgable about the vehicle I was inquiring about. So he pawned me off to the next guy. Why did I deal with the web guy in the first place then?! TJ was knowledgable about the Buick brand, I give him that. He was very nice and he never came across as too sales-pitchy. But as we sat down and reviewed numbers, the entire experience started to go downhill...quickly. In the middle of negotiations, TJ left the table (told me he was going to go back to finance and get me another offer), and about 10-15 minutes later, another sales guy, Harbir, was sitting across from me. He explained that TJ had to go help another customer. Ummmm...what? In the middle of negotiations? So now I've been handed off to a 2nd person... Harbir brought me back a lease offer that was ridiculous. $7k down, $600 per month with 10,000 miles per year. Mind you, each of the sales reps will tell you that you can go over mileage and it's not a big deal. It was annoying that they were trying to sell me a guarantee that doesn't match the contract I was going to have to sign. Harbir went back and forth to finance a couple of times, and then I noticed that the description of my vehicle was inaccurate. Wait, he's been quoting me on the WRONG vehicle this whole time!! I almost left at this point, but decided to give him a break. He seemed new and a little scared of me lol. Then TJ came back. Harbir is gone again and TJ is back to pick up where he left off...which actually is accurate since Harbir just wasted my time. So back to the drawing board. He again gave me several bogus offers which I would have never agreed to, and a couple more hours went by. Finally we got within $76 of what I walked in wanting, so I reluctantly agreed. I had literally worked them down about $8,000 at this point, and to be honest, I just wanted to leave. I was too tired to keep negotiating. So then TJ handed me off to the lady who does all of the final paperwork. As we were reading through the terms, I realized something in the contract was not accurate to what we had agreed upon. I asked her about it and she said she can't change it. Then she started almost yelling at me about how good this deal is, that I should just take it because she's never seen a deal this good, even with the error. Nope, can't do it. I asked her to call TJ and have it fixed, but I was then informed that TJ had left for the day, and wouldn't be back until Monday. Wtf...really?! As I walked out, sad that the deal was not made after about 6 hours of nonsense, Harbir caught up with me. He apologized for all of the problems and assured me that if he was my rep, that we wouldn't have had these issues. What?! Ooookkkkay. He told me he would hold the car for me until Monday and he asked if he could take over the sale. I didn't care, I just wanted to have the contract fixed, so I said "sure." TJ bailed twice on me already anyway. On Monday Harbir and I communicated all day by text. I got him down to the exact price I wanted. My patience and hard work is now paying off! Jk. It gets worse. I head back to the dealership, then upon arrival find out that he was quoting on the wrong vehicle AGAIN. He said his finance manager thought I was asking for a base model. Wtf?! A base model?! That was never discussed... So now I'm livid. All of my time wasted and all of these games played...who is going to take responsibility for all of this? They negotiated a deal with me based on all of the issues, and it was OK, but not the deal I had agreed to over the phone earlier that day. I signed. Harbir apologized repeatedly for the issues. He promised me that I could come in for a full detail any time that I wanted and that if there were any issues with the vehicle, he would make sure I got setup with service ASAP. I had left some items in my old car and realized it early the next morning. Harbir said it would be no problem. A few hours later he told me he got my things and would hold it until I came in for the detail and service. I explained it would be a couple months, but that I appreciated him holding it for me. A couple months later, and I scheduled (w/Harbir) to come in for that detail, to pickup my things and to have some issues addressed with service. He said no problem and told me what time to come. I arrived and service told me that some of the items I needed fixed, would require an appointment (which apparently I didn't have), but that a couple of minor things could be looked at immediately. Ok, fine. Then I asked Harbir for my things. He said he threw them out. WTF. Threw them away?!?? Why! I was so angry. I got my car back and it wasn't detailed as promised. Wasn't even washed. I give up!
