They have a good clothing and sneaker selection but I will probably not return as a customer. Had some BS happen on 2 separate occasions and I basically should've learned my lesson so it's partially my fault. First time I picked up some clothes and when I got home I found a stain on the back of one of the white shirts. Tried taking it back in the bag, tags still on, receipt in hand to exchange but the dude wouldn't exchange it or even give me store credit. Whatever.. my BBC shirt just turned into a gym shirt. Second time, I picked up some Roshe Runs and went to the movies that night. While at the movies my girl noticed there was a check missing on one of the sneakers. I took them down the next day in the box with the receipt again and everything. The same dude as the first time at the East Lib location asked if I wore them and I said I did for 3 hours. He said "then there's nothing I can do". I explained that for the second time this year he sold me a defective product and I was frustrated. He responded "Call Nike, thats who we got them from" and walked away. So like I said, partially my fault for not doing a thorough check of the merchandise prior to purchase, but customer service here is basically 0. Make sure the stuff you're paying for is exactly how you want it because the customer service and return policy here is trash.
