  • Took my iPhone to Imergency off Tropicana in August to fix my shattered phone and my screen was lifting a month later. After tired of dealing with the screen lift, I called Iphix early Saturday morning to make sure they were open at 9:30a. The lady on the phone was pleasant and upon arrival, was greeted by Eunice. She was very helpful and kind. Billy diagnosed my phone and gave me two options: that he would glue but it will be inevitable for it to lift because Imergency put on a screen that didn't fit my phone or purchase a new screen that is sized to fit. With the predicament I was in, i was just going to choose the cheaper option but they surprised me by offering me a discount for the wait and effort. So I purchased a new screen and it is now tight and sturdy as it should have been in the first place. Trustworthy staff. Will come back again!
