  • America First Credit Union (AFCU) Stephanie Branch employees never filed my VISA dispute form on June 16, 2018. The Branch Teller also told me it would take 10 days for investigation. On June 30, 2018 I called the AFCU's Call Center to determine the status of my dispute. The Representative told me my AFCU Branch Teller never sent the form to VISA and placed me on hold to call the AFCU Branch to see if they had the backup copy - they did. The Call Center Representative told me it does not take 10 days for investigation - only about two days and the funds will be replaced in my account. Had an experience earlier in the year that this AFCU Branch would not accept a deposit into my account from a relative and I called and complained to the Call Center.
