| - SAVE YOUR MONEY. THEY WERE TERRIBLE! They took our deposit for time and date that we wanted, only to contact us later to tell us that our time was double booked and that we needed to change our time or our date. Since it was a non-refundable deposit, and we had already told people to save the date, we had no other choice but to change the time. They did agree to provide the "decorations" for the altar, but even those were cheap plastic and don't look like the photos. Once the deposit was paid it took forever to get responses from our "Wedding Coordinator" only once did she respond in less than a week, and even then, it took her 6 days to respond. Most responses took more than a week even with repeated emails, calls to the office and voice mails being left. On several occasions, we asked what wedding music they were going to play, we were told that she would send us links to the music, but none were provided. We did not hear the music until we went to Vegas Weddings and met with our "coordinator" Yvette.
Their Luxury transport is just a car that seats 2 so no parents or their children can ride with them to get the license or meet with Vegas Weddings. We took our own vehicle to get the license and then went to Vegas weddings on the Tuesday before the Saturday Wedding. We had an assigned time to meet with the coordinator and yet we had to wait over 30 min to talk to her.
Even though we paid $175.00 additional for airbrush make-up and to have her hair styled, she did not receive the airbrush make-up, just regular makeup application.
We were told that we would have a Bridal Suite at the venue. Although we were allowed in a private room prior to the ceremony, we were not allowed to dress there or to leave any of our items in there during the ceremony, including her 2nd dress. The bride had to arrive already dressed. The Bride wanted to change into her second dress in the bridal suite and although they didn't want us in there, the hotel staff allowed it and we were given 5 minutes before they said that the limo had to leave.
The Vegas Weddings Limo that picked us up at the hotel was dirty. There were dirty glasses, a broken liquor decanter, garbage and even a broken red flip flop in the Limo. When it returned to pick us up after the wedding it was still dirty, nothing had changed. Obviously, they do not clean it between trips.
We were assured by Yvette, our Coordinator that she and another coordinator would both be there on the day of the wedding. Yvette was no not there at all. The Coordinators that were there when we arrived were very disorganized, they didn't want to communicate with anyone from the bridal party and just wanted us to blindly follow them. We specifically requested that all guests sit where they wanted and not be separated by sides because we were coming together as family and the bride had more family than the groom. The "coordinators" insisted that the guests separate to the "Side" in which they were there to support. They also allowed someone other than the grandparents to sit in the front row, even though they were told which set of grandparents would be walking down and who would be setting where. They seemed less concerned about what the bride wanted then they were about just getting it over with. Because of this, the second set of grandparents to walk down the aisle had to sit in the second row of seats.
As soon as the ceremony was over they started the "staged" photos. These are the ones that they "sell" you that are not included in the package. They wanted several photos of everyone, but none with just the parents or bridal party. These are all additional photos at either $50.00 each or $799.00 for all of them. My daughter stopped the photography because she had no plans on paying the additional amount for group photos. As soon as she stopped the photos they said that the Limo had to leave. Why was there no time limit when the Photographer was taking irrelevant photos, but as soon as she said stop they had to leave?
Everything about Vegas wedding was an up sale, and a letdown. IT WAS ONE BIG COMPROMISE, STARTING WITH THE TIME CHANGE AND CONTINUING THROUGHOUT. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..
