  • My wife and I recently applied to 2 different units in Turnberry Towers. One was managed by Nevada Real Estate Corp and the other by a different management company. The other company was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They communicated terribly with us. Delayed our application for 2 weeks putting us into a major time crunch. Wouldn't fix anything prior to our move in date. The list goes on and on about how awful they were even though they had 4 star Yelp rating. During that bad experience we found a unit within same tower managed by Nevada Real Estate and were worried based on these reviews we had read. However, Wing was always quick to reply to my concerns via email. I found her to be always on the ball and willing to take my questions. The application process was fast and smooth. They also fixed the issues the unit had after a long 8yr tenant moved out. Refrigerator stopped working when we moved in and was fixed within 24hrs. We were given a new stove top the day we moved in. Touch up paint in the unit doesn't look good, but we will work with the landlord on that in future. Kai who handled our walk through was great and sent me a handyman immediately to fix some electrical outlets that needed attention. I will reserve the final star of this rating to see how things go over time. Having dealt with them over the last 2 months, I do not foresee a problem. They might not be all rainbows and smiley faces, but I don't need my hand held. I just need things fixed and good communication. So far we have gotten both.
