  • I don't know why people would subject themselves to the harassment of this Ulta location. They're rude and to top it off prejudice. They will very unhappily ask "can I help you" after following you around the store, because at that point it's awkward. They never give you gift with purchase, not because they don't have it; but because both the manager and employees skim the gift inventory (either purposely or not caring) and miss that the gift is right there!! Then awkwardly you have to tell them "hey I just seen it" ugh this has happened 2 times. Atleast I got my gift? They will badger you in store, I guess you can't try testers? ALL LEVELS OF EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE, supervisors and front line act rude, argumentative, don't say thank you, also intimidating by following around store. Avoid this Ulta, if you look a certain way they will harass you. They avoid you to help but they follow you. I buy from Sephora when I can they're amazing
