  • I visited Experimac today because it's close to home and I dreaded going to the Apple Store, especially since you have to call Apple support in order to get an appointment. I was greeted when I walked in the door. My MacBook was non-responsive and I had very little hope in me....Matt took it back and I was on my way home less than 5 minutes later. I was ecstatic! I plan on visiting here for upgrades, repairs, etc. I highly recommend this store, they are good people.
