  • Without question, the most incompetent organization I've had to deal with. So far, it's been several months of bumbling by these morons that have included multiple phone calls from them that accomplished nothing. I have no idea why they called and worse yet, I don't think they knew either. There's a great market opportunity for someone who wants to enter this market and provide even average service....that would be head and shoulders above the service provided by these buffoons. If there's one more screw up by these idiots, I'm going back to my physician and ask to be referred to a different DME provider. I can't imagine that any other DME company could be any worse. One star is way too high a score for Apria. They are truly awful.
