  • As a beauty salon owner and professional, I know that treating your client amazingly and providing pampering services is key. Which is why I'm giving this place 1 star because they did not do that. I booked this place for my friend's wedding and I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! It's decorated gorgeous but that means nothing if the customer service is bad. I sat in my pedi chair for 45 minutes while they were taking walk in clients and so did a couple of the other bridesmaids. Keep in mind, I booked this place for us over a MONTH in advanced for the correct amount of girls. I asked for them to just remove my small daughter's old polish and got charged for a full pedicure that I clearly didn't ask for. I got the "deluxe" pedicure where I was supposed to get "10 extra massage minutes" which I didn't get. Kim did everything half way so I guess I was charged the extra $10 for just paraffin. I was not massaged more than others that for the regular pedis. I will not be returning, no matter how pretty it is. I'll keep going to LK Hand & Foot, too bad they didn't have that many pedi chairs otherwise I wouldn't have come HERE!
