| - IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE TO NOT STAY HERE, PLEASE DONT!!!! the hotel area is ghetto, couldn't go to the nearby 7-11 without somebody trying to bum a cig off you or ask for money. When we checked into our hotel room it was 8pm and for some reason the front desk was having issues getting our debit card to read (never had problems with that before).. Thought we were going to lose the reservation but Eddie (front desk guy) magically got it to work.. We got to our room only to find the pillows still had what seemed like ladies eye liner and mascara smudges all over them, like they haven't been washed.. Called to see if we could have new pillows sent to us but the lady in guest services, which had a rude tone to her voice, told me that was housekeepings job and they were closed and the only thing they could do for us was give us new pillowcases..
We were on the first floor and the ceiling walls were very thin, so ALL night we heard nothing but rolling luggages being lugged around and high heels clicking around.
Bathroom light switch was broken so we had to pound on the light switch to get it to work..
Tv channels are very basic.. There's only about 13 channels you are able to watch. We were lucky we brought our PS3 and had our own hotspot, so we were able to watch Netflix. Not too mention the architectural design of the room is very awkward.. You can't watch tv while you're laying in bed because you have this huge coliseum wall looking thing inbetween where your bed is and where the couch and tv are..
There is no coffee pot, but there is a decent sized fridge which I was happy about and we were able to utilize, only no microwave so we couldn't heat up our refrigerated food..
The first night the free wifi didn't even show up on our wifi options, so we assumed they didn't have any.. Only to find out the 2nd night that they indeed have wifi only it BARELY even works, smh!
The pictures of the casino on here are very deceiving. We thought the casino was bigger then it was but really they just have mirrors on the walls to make it SEEM like it's bigger then it is.. There's only about 10 slot machines in the casino area.
I decided I would give this hotel a try because it was cheap, but you get what you pay for there.. That place is a serious dump and I will never stay there again! Better off paying a few extra bucks for a travelodge or motel 6!
