  • These studios are really Roach motels, I mean heavy infestation ( emphasis on Heavy). Me and my husband was looking for a way to save money in order to rent a house. We moved here and I wish we never did. First of all its a studio, but tons of families with children are allowed to live here as well, so this means very little sleep for us working people. The kids run past your window and doors all day and night screaming and hollering. Break-in by next door neighbors. Loud arguing and fighting. Breaking into empty studios and doing god knows what. Utilities are free yes, but only one of our two lights work, the tiny store bought oven stop working and we were given a microwave, the ac unit is leaking tons of water, the heater is working sometimes, the water heater shuts off often, no hot water at certain times, old as refrigerator , stank as carpet, smells of cig smoke and stale marijuana coming through under the bathroom sink. When I call the office to state all these nasties to the staff I'm talked to as if we were given such a great deal and need to be grateful to live here, mind you we moved out of a two story duplex without roaches!!!. To move here and save our money. This place need to be torn down. It's absolutely disgusting for the people living here. Soon we will be moving out and all our belongings will have to be thrown away and/ or Roach bombed!!. Don't move here. There are other places with reasonable pricing without the bugs!!. Fck the free utilities and the Roman tub!!.
