I believe in being fair, so I am updating my review.
I contacted Service Pro via their website and was contacted by Gary (manager/owner?). We discussed the issues I had experienced and he explained that it is an older facility and they do their best to keep it running properly.
While that doesn't change anything in the past, I hope if nothing else they start checking the equipment in the bays more often / more thoroughly and keeping up with things like making sure soap tanks are full, filters are changed frequently, etc., and the other things that go into making those systems work correctly day-to-day.
Gary was polite and receptive, and that certainly counts for something. He stated that they do not give refunds, but he did offer me credits to give them another chance. I will be glad to give them another chance to see if things have improved. I hope that bringing these issues to light improves the processes for maintaining the facilities as it will benefit everyone. I will up the star rating if I feel the facilities have been improved upon my next visit.
