  • Let's face it, I have no clue about cars. All I know is to put gas and get an oil change. Luckily for me, when my car needs filters, a new battery, or wipers, the employees at Autozone are more than willing to help me. Every time I've stopped in, I just tell them the make of my car and what I need, and they are quick to grab the parts. I've never felt like they are trying to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. They inform me of my options and let me choose what I think is best. On my last visit, I needed a new battery. The employee that helped us, I'm pretty sure his name is Trevor, was very helpful and even installed the battery for me. Kudos to Autozone for having awesome employees like Trevor who are willing to go the extra mile to have your car up and running again.
