  • I don't like writing negative reviews, but in this case it is necessary. I took my dog for a tech appointment today. The technician's name is Carol. My dog was scared and trembling but the technician did not do anythying to calm her which was strikingly different from our previous experiences with other technicians. She took her for a procedure and later was not able to explain what she had done. Perhaps technicians doing solo appointments should have better skills than Carol.
