  • Super rude customer service. She seems annoyed when you come in, I had to say hello to get her attention bc she couldn't even look up to acknowledge me when I walked in. She had me try on my dress and I pointed out that I wanted it tighter from the waist area and her response was: "TIGHTER????!" She charged me $25 to take it in from the sides a few inches. When I came to pick it up the new seam was literally right next to the old one not even a centimeter apart it literally made NO difference whatsoever. I didn't bother to say anything bc of her terrifying attitude so I paid her and left but that'll be the last time I come here for sure.
