  • I have taken my German Shepard puppy Koda here multiple times for daycare and she has even stayed the night. Today I had her go in and made a comment about her nails being long as she was jumping on me and my boyfriend not wanting to go in. She is very skittish and attached to her family. They said they could try to cut her nails for us and I said they could try but she most likely won't let them. They told me if she gives them too much trouble they won't do it. They even said she may need a pill from the vet to help calm her down so they can be clipped if she is too wild. I come later to pick her up. After I pay they bring her out and my boyfriend noticed she had blood on her paw. Her nails were splintering and jagged and awful plus they cut way to short. They then told me she gave them such a hard time they had to have two men hold her down and muzzle her. How could a dog groomer think this is okay. I was and am still appalled that they thought this was okay to do to my already nervous and scared 7 month old puppy. They should have just not cut her nails but instead they hold her down and hurt her. I am livid and disgusted that this happened to her. She was so stressed all she wanted was out of that place. I took her home sobbing because of the trauma she was put though in their care. I will never take her here again. Disgusting company.
