Scheduled to have an old couch and mattress picked up today between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. I got a call at 10 am asking with they could do the pick up now rather than in the afternoon because they were in the neighborhood and it would be too much of a hassle for them to drive back to my apartment later in the afternoon. After I explained that I was at work and couldn't simply leave in order to accommodate them in a job that I am paying them to do, the person on the phone was really rude. As if I were being difficult for asking them to come at the time I had initially requested. Long story short, I cancelled the pick up because I refuse to pay a company that acts like they're doing their customers a favor.
