  • I'm giving one start only because of the rock memorabilia, other than that our room was too small for 4 people, the tv volume didn't work so we called room service for check, they came in within 15 only to connect a cable in the back of tv, the repair person asked for a tip just for that!..which we refused, pool is so small for such a big place makes no sense! and they close it at 7 pm!!! Really?, but worst of all and I'm ashamed to write, we found roaches! I expected more from hard rock since I'm a rock fan from heart, and it wasn't a cheap place, never coming back here or recommend it. Check pictures. Thank you. *UPDATE I was attended via e-mail by customer service of Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino they solved and apologized for the unfortunate incident during my stay, they offered refund and a better service on my nest stay at the hotel. Thank you to guest relations Matthew Baird for taking time and care to solve my complain.
