  • When I first went to SPW, I needed a part for my pool. Instead of simply telling me he didn't have it, Ken referred me to another business that did have the part. Next, I inquired about having my leaking pool pump fixed. No problem for Ken. He sent someone out and that pump now runs without any leaks. Finally, I had a long-time leak in my water feature that others had tried to fix. Again, Ken sent someone out and after 4 days of troubleshooting, my fountain is finally fixed. He is the best communicator and has great resources. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.
