  • CROOKED SCAM COMPANY***** This is the most unprofessional, ignorant company I have ever heard of. First off I ordered a bed set from them and when it came in the next week it was the wrong color! After I called and explained I want the color I actually ordered, they blamed it on the manufacturing company. After I finally get the bed I want three whole weeks later I then discover they ordered the 2nd bed with my card account and I was charged twice! Even raised my credit limit! After calling they played it off as if my credit card company did it and that I would have to handle the whole situation myself, then passed the phone back and forth between employees putting me on hold for 10min at a time. Finally they called me back stating the credit company had made a mistake (blame game) and that it would be taken care of in a few days. However they could not answer how they ordered the 2nd bed.
