  • I want to start this review by saying that I have had very good experience at this location in the past This review is based on a multitude of issues that I have noticed over the last few months. I have been bringing my Corvette to this location every weekend for a hand wash for years. I have bought the coupon books for as many years as I've been coming. They were for the best wash as it was the same price for the hand wash. Two weeks after I bought my last coupon book they raised the price to $50 for the hand wash. They would take two coupons for the same hand wash but offer no refund for the difference. To make matters worse they wouldn't even wash my mats to make up the difference. The icing on the cake came today as I drove to the hand wash bay as I have done every weekend the guy tells me to walk over the booth and pay. I told him that I don't go through the drive and that I pay inside. I went through the drive the very first time and curbed my wheel. The turn radius is too tight if your not going through the tunnel. I explained this to the guy cleaning my car. The girl in the booth through her hands in the air and was completely out of line. Amazing the amount of money I have spent at this location and to be treated the way I was today unbelievable! There appears to be a lack of management at this location. It shows in the quality of their work. In the past management made an effort to get to know you and your car. They were always walking around looking at the work being done. This is definitely not the case anymore. I will be reaching out to the corporate office as well. I sure hope they get their act together!
