  • We were booked on the 30th floor, new wing, 2 bedroom suite! Beautiful, amazing new room with rain showers plus soaking tub in master bathroom suite! Noise level at the hotel is quiet, but you can hear airplanes taking off!!! So bring ear plugs! Only drawback is that we got the absolutely "worst" night's sleep as the beds are NOT comfortable! We're arthritic so this might not affect you if you like really HARD FIRM mattresses!!! I called housekeeping to see if they had a foam topper/feather topper for under the mattress! No such luck! Was told the beds are NEW!! Was reluctant to change to old tower because of bed bugs report online! So their solution was to put on 3 fluffy mattress pads! So, I felt compelled to warn others try the bed first and if not satisfied, call housekeeping and they will come to the rescue! By the way, they would have gotten 4 stars, but the beds took a star away!!!
