  • Literally walked in to meet my friend and get a shellac manicure. Then walked out. Didn't feel welcome. 1. Wasn't greeted, staff just stared at me and then continued working. No smiles, looks miserable. A staff member eventually came up and asked what I wanted done. Said shellac. She told me it sit down. 2. Demanding. God forbid I even stand up. I stood up, got told to sit down. Don't tell your customers what to do. So rude! 3. They charge double than where I usually go! Rip off pricing. Double the cost. Nasty attitudes. Go elsewhere. I literally felt so unwelcome I didn't even get my nails done there after walking in and experiencing this. Walked in, walked out. Attitude is so unnecessary. I'll go to my usual nail girls and give them my business. Peace out!
