  • I came to this location a week ago for a F/L tire repair, rotation and balance. When I went to pick up the vehicle the person at the front didn't even look at the paperwork just handed me my key. I saw something was on the back of the work order so I asked what they wrote and he said I needed two axle boots. I asked if the flat repair was done and he said yes so I then asked what was found in the tire and he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. I wasn't too happy with his response so I took my key and left. I get in my car and there is a big hand print grease stain on the inside of my car and now it says my R/R tire is low. I didn't have time to wait so I called big o and the guy who answered the phone said I must have picked up another nail. I said a nail from you guys pulling it out of the shop and he said nothing. I know it's the same time because my F/L wheel had a scrape on it and now that same wheel is on the R/R. I waited a week to post because I emailed the owner Tony Williams but he never responded. Never returning to this place again!
