  • I just moved to Charlotte from Texas and it was difficult to decide a place without knowing no one for references. I found this in yelp and decided to give it a try. Brittany was my waxer, she was fast and considerate. She was explaining all her movements. I had my brazilian done. I am not gonna lie, it is painful but she tried her best. So, I am happy with it. She was profesional and even funny trying to distract me! She recommended me a product, but she didn't insist on it. However, she didn't mentioned anything about the discount plans they have. I thought the girls at the front desk would have, yet didn't. I had to ask...be careful because prices are different for first time customers and returning customers; So make sure you ask when you pay, they might give you a card for keeping the 'first time' category next time you go and purcharse the plan. Overall, super HAPPY with BRITTANY, (I have already scheduled the next appointment with her!) I recommend her a lot!! Hopefully, they will soon open the new location closer my home and transfer her there!! I'm going wherever she is going! :)
