  • If only Yelp allowed one to post negative stars. I would give CenturyLink a negative 10. Avoid them like the plague. Worst customer service of any company on earth. Tormented me for one hour and six minutes. On hold, dropped call, on hold, agent who could not speak English. Torment. All I wanted to do was cancel my account.
