I walked in without an appointment with a dying battery that was still under warranty. Pedro told me that it would take almost 2 hours as they were running behind and only had 2 techs working. I told him I was on a lunch break and if he could squeeze in a quick battery change it would really help me out as I needed to get back to work. After about 50 minutes Pedro himself started to test the battery and after determining it needed to be replaced he had me out the door very quickly. Great customer service from Pedro!!!!
